Dullahans are powerful fey who frequently travel between the Fey & Mortal Realms to harvest souls. Dullahans tend to come from humans who were transformed into these monsters by fey deities. Dullahans are given magic lists of people whose time it is to go by these deities. With their Dubh-Capalls, or Black Horses, they venture out to lead these souls to their rightful places.
